under the environmental preservation
awareness, the Residential Happy
Village is integrated to the
exuberance of the environment,
and, in its context, nature
is a part of it.
The
Residential Happy Village, designed
to satisfy a demanding public,
offers accommodations compatible
to the level required.
In
order to valorize even more
the atmosphere, a common room
was carefully designed and implanted
with walking ways, landscape
with exclusive design, hut with
barbeque place, and a gourmet
space, tennis court and swimming
pool.
The
Residential Happy Village outdoor
space lighting was also carefully
implanted, providing a fantastic
lighting effect.
A
total priority was given to
the escape area. That is why
the built area is only 13% of
the Residential Happy Village
total area.
